All the cabins are the same with their own hot tub. Minimum stay is 2 nights. RATES: Cabin 1,2,3 & 4: Holiday, Fri-Sun - $140 per night. Mon-Thu - $125 per
night. (up to 4
guests), base on availability. Any request for specific cabin cost more. Cabin 5: Holiday, Fri-Sun - $150 per night. Mon-Thu - $135 per
night. (up to 4
guests), The best location and most secluded cabin. Holiday: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year Eve. $15 per additional guest per night (maximum is 6 guests per cabin including kids). Any undeclared guests will be an additional charge of $30 per guest per night. PET RULES: The pet has to be leashed when she/he is outside.$30 per pet per visit. Any undeclared pet will be a penalty charge of $50 per pet per visit. 6% Hotel/Motel tax apply to total bill. 10% discount for 4 or more nights. Call for weekly rates. PAYMENT POLICY: please read and accept the policy before booking. To reserve your cabin, we need your credit card at a time of booking. We will charge the full amount in 14 days before arrival date. We will email you the confirmation in 24 hour after booking. It is your responsibility to let us know if you don't receive it. We accept Visa / Master, Discover cards, American Express, personal checks, traveler/cashier checks, money order/cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY Please call and email us. *(1 cabin):14 days or more advance notice before arrival date; (2-5 cabins): 30 days or more advance notice before arrival date: full refund less $25 cancellation fee per cabin. *(1 cabin):13 days or less advance notice before arrival date; (2-5 cabins): 29 days or less advance notice before arrival date: forfeiture of one night raterental per cabin. *48 hours or less advance notice & no shows: no refunds. There is no refund or credit for any reasons like bad weather, late arrival or early departure. **Damaged and missing items will be charged to guests at a minimum $20. Rates, terms & conditions are subject to change without notice. Check In: any time after 4:00 p.m. Check Out: no later than 12:00 p.m. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. $200 fine. Things need to bring to make your stay enjoyable.Your personal necessities including bath soap, shampoo. Food, drink and your favorite spices. Charcoal if you would like to barbecue. Firewood for the fireplace, or fire pit (no Pines please). Your cellular phone (cabins have no phones or enjoy peace and quiet!!!) |
